Stuart Neils & Co was formed in 1973 as a consultancy practice specialising in giving advice to tenants of commercial property. They solely act for occupiers which has meant that unlike many of their competitors who will act for landlord's and tenant's, they have never had a situation where there may be a conflict of interest.

Their services involve a number of disciplines, including acquisition and disposal of properties, rent reviews and lease renewals. They have two offices based in Maddox Street and Austin Friar, both of which are based in Central London.

Their business and website caters specifically for Greater London, and some of the key areas include offices in Mayfair, Holborn and Marylebone.
