Protronica approached Rise to work with their subsidiary GPSA who provide a selection of niche technology solutions for people "on the move". Rise were secured to promote these products online through SEO and PPC.
GPSA's offering focussed around two key Sat-Nav products. BBNav, a Sat-Nav solution for disabled drivers and ProNav, a Sat-Nav solution for Professional Drivers.
The Sat-Nav space is saturated with household names such as Amazon, Halfords and Tom-Tom, all consistently performing well in the SERPs. With a limited budget it seemed unlikely they were going to be able to compete with these brands.
As well as the strong competition GPSA were also using a shopping cart system that was extremely unfriendly in terms of SEO.
As a result of the keyword research and competitor analysis, Rise identified a number of comparatively high traffic, targeted terms that would increase the quality and volume of traffic coming to the site.
Subsequently we created an SEO friendly website around the e-commerce functionality. This was then optimised in line with the key phrases.
